We have been booking holidays and cruises with Polly Bond for a good few years. She is amazing excellent at her job always on the other end of the phone or email to help or answer any questions. We had an issue in Orlando and herself and Jenifer solved it for us really quick and we were able to get back to enjoying our holiday. Thank you so much again.

Booked a Caribbean cruise with Donna at the Holiday World Show yesterday. A fantastic experience from minute one (which is more than I can say about 2 other cruise exhibitors who weren’t even remotely interested in getting business). Donna was engaging, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. As we pretty much knew exactly what we wanted, we had the trip fully booked, including flights within 40 minutes. Donna is a credit to her company, and would easily make me return to Tour America in the future.
